The City of Terrebonne’s primary target audiences include residents of all ages. It also includes partners, businesses, shops and institutions. The new site also targets internal audiences such as employees and elected officials. It must appeal to tourists and potential future residents. It must also strengthen the sense of pride and belonging of current residents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Following an exhaustive consultation in 2021, including surveys and user testing, a specialized firm designed the content architecture and initial mock-ups.
