Objective

The mandate was to modernize Groupe InnoConcept’s digital presence in order to better reflect the quality of its developments while simplifying the journey for future homeowners. The website needed to clearly present both residential projects and home models while helping users understand how the two are connected. The objective was also to refresh the company’s brand image and create a scalable platform capable of showcasing both current and future developments.

Visual identity

While the existing logo was retained, our team refined several elements of the visual identity to give the brand a more contemporary signature. The symbol was simplified, the typography modernized, and the color palette refreshed to better reflect the company’s positioning. Graphic elements inspired by the logo were also developed and integrated throughout the site. Used as subtle background visuals, they add depth to the interface while reinforcing brand recognition.

Information architecture

Organizing the content represented a significant challenge, as home models and residential developments share a dynamic relationship: a single model may be available in multiple communities, while some models are exclusive to specific developments. The site’s information architecture was therefore built around intelligent cross-linking between these two content types, allowing visitors to move naturally between projects and home models regardless of where they begin their journey.

User experience (UX)

The user experience was designed to guide prospective buyers throughout their decision-making process and simplify the search for a future home. Each residential project highlights the home models available within that community, while every model page identifies the developments where it can be built. This cross-navigation makes the offering easier to understand and minimizes unnecessary back-and-forth between the different sections of the website.

Interface design (UI)

The interface embraces a bright, contemporary, and approachable aesthetic that highlights both residential developments and home models. Visual content plays a central role in the experience. House elevations were enhanced using artificial intelligence to improve image quality and landscaping, while selected elevations were animated to create a dynamic homepage video that immediately brings the projects to life.

Technological development

Built on WordPress, the website relies on a simple, flexible, and easy-to-manage structure. Content types—including residential projects, home models, and corporate pages—were designed to allow the Groupe InnoConcept team to manage and evolve the platform independently.

Result

Groupe InnoConcept now benefits from a modern digital platform that reflects the quality of its developments while simplifying the journey for future homeowners. Thanks to a refreshed visual identity, intuitive navigation, and stronger connections between projects and home models, the new website effectively supports the company’s continued growth.
