Fédération Histoire Québec


Goal
Revitalize the visual identity of the Fédération Histoire Québec by modernizing its brand image and website, while remaining deeply rooted in Quebec’s rich heritage.

Branding
The new brand image of the Fédération Histoire Québec draws inspiration from Quebec’s rich heritage, while adopting a modern, contemporary touch. Avoiding any political connotations, it features a deep red fleur-de-lys, evocative of ancient wax seals, and serif typography, harmoniously balancing past and present.


User experience
Our team helped the Federation restructure the tree structure and page templates, and reorganize content. With its streamlined design, the site highlights images and text, making navigation easy. It focuses on the Foundation and Histoire Québec magazine. It also gives pride of place to member services.

Transactional site
The store is developed with WooCommerce for WordPress. It efficiently manages online sales, from adding products to managing orders. This also includes payments and stock tracking. The system offers handy filters for browsing over 180 items by type and format. It also offers a free search option. Products can be sorted by release date, alphabetical order or popularity.

Result
