Goal
Revitalize the visual identity and redesign the Accreditation committee for quality evaluation (CAEQ) website.



Context
The CAEQ wants to position itself as a key player in the global market for accreditation of certification bodies. To achieve this, the organization wanted to refresh its visual identity and redesign its website. The CAEQ wanted to benefit from continuous improvements through an annual evaluation of the infrastructure and content. The goal is to achieve a lifespan of 10 years.

Visual identity
The new visual identity harmonizes with that of the CARTV, with which the CAEQ is affiliated. The CAEQ logo has been modernized to improve legibility and reflect a more contemporary image. Elements of the symbol existing in the old logo have been subtly refined, while the typography has been replaced. The main colors – blue, gold and white – reinforce its elegance and coherence.

Redesign objectives
The objectives of the website redesign were to reduce the bounce rate and improve user engagement. To achieve this, we revised the information architecture and content. The new version highlights the organization’s expertise in order to extend the duration of visits. In addition, the user experience is consistent with that of CARTV.

Result
The new website of the Accreditation committee for quality evaluation (CAEQ) proudly displays the revitalized visual identity. Administered with WordPress, it is responsive and secure. Optimized for search engines, it offers clear and intuitive navigation. It also includes analytical, behavioral and technological performance measures.
