Goal
Redesign the website of the Association des firmes de génie-conseil du Québec (AFG) to project a more modern image. Highlight the role and added value of consulting engineering professionals in projects, particularly in sustainable development.

User experience
User experience is at the heart of this redesign. The new website is fully responsive, making it easily accessible on all types of devices. We streamlined and better structured the content to ensure it is relevant and easily accessible. Standard advertising spaces have been integrated into the page templates, with a module allowing for their management within the administration interface.

Member directory
The member directory contained a large amount of information. Our team reorganized the content to highlight the essentials at a glance. Filters have also been added to enable searches by industry sector, service, or location.

Content enhancement
Our team highlighted key content from the think tanks, blog, and publications. Two new sections have been added to the website. The first, Relève (Next Generation), gathers information targeted at students. The second, Projets (Projects), introduces a new directory showcasing the industry’s achievements. It is linked to the member directory to facilitate navigation.



Result
The new website of the Association des firmes de génie-conseil du Québec is built with WordPress. An SEO strategy has been implemented to enhance organic search rankings. The search engine tool provides users with the most relevant results. A system for creating, displaying, and prioritizing important messages ensures quick and efficient communication with the audience.
