RÉZO, a Montreal organization active since 1991, promotes the health and well-being of gay, bisexual, cisgender and transgender men. In collaboration with researchers from the Université de Sherbrooke, it launched MONBUZZ.CA, a project aimed at adult men exploring the links between their alcohol or drug use and their sexuality.

Goal

Design the MONBUZZ.ca application. Create a user-friendly experience that allows users to answer questions about their consumption habits and sexuality in complete confidentiality.

Conversational application

Rather than opting for a traditional questionnaire, our team developed a conversational chatbot-type application. At the end of the conversation, a personalized report containing opinions and feedback is provided to the user. They can chat with a speaker and obtain resources that match their needs. The platform also allows data collection for research at the Université de Sherbrooke.

Mobile use

The MONBUZZ.ca application is perfectly adapted to mobile use. The large number of possible response combinations and the resulting structural complexity are mastered by remarkable ergonomics that allow for fluid interaction.
