Observatoire sur la réussite en enseignement supérieur


Goal
Develop a digital strategy to guide our team in designing a new website for the Observatoire sur la réussite en enseignement supérieur (ORES).

Context
In 2022, the Consortium d’animation sur la persévérance et la réussite en enseignement supérieur (CAPRES) became the Observatoire sur la réussite en enseignement supérieur (ORES). To this end, the organization commissioned our agency to create a new website. Our team integrated the CAPRES content into the new Observatoire site.

Digital strategy
An audit of the CAPRES web platform enabled our team to gain a better understanding of the existing structure. We analyzed the various issues related to different types of content. As a result, we were able to design the new tree structure in collaboration with the customer. The competitive benchmark highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of the current structure. We compared similar sites, in order to seize the opportunities we identified during this analysis.

Artistic direction
A mandate for the redesign of the brand image was awarded upstream to another agency. Our team applied the new visual identity to the page templates. We used data from the digital strategy to respond to target groups in terms of user experience. We suggested graphic layouts that highlighted content in a clean, visual way.

Result
The new website of the Observatoire sur la réussite en enseignement supérieur (ORES) is powerful, scalable and user-friendly. With its WordPress Gutenberg content editor, the editing experience has been completely redesigned for rich content pages and articles. The website meets the requirements of Standard’s guide to website accessibility. Our long-standing partner Syspark is in charge of hosting the new website.
