Goal
Complete website redesign for the City of Terrebonne. The aim was to meet the needs of citizens rather than reflect the City’s internal structure. We therefore favored fluid navigation and content adapted to their reality. We focused on user experience and technological performance to achieve this goal.
Target audiences
The City of Terrebonne’s primary target audiences include residents of all ages. It also includes partners, businesses, shops and institutions. The new site also targets internal audiences such as employees and elected officials. It must appeal to tourists and potential future residents. It must also strengthen the sense of pride and belonging of current residents.
User experience
User experience was at the heart of the redesign of the City of Terrebonne’s website. Following an exhaustive consultation in 2021, including surveys and user testing, a specialized firm designed the content architecture and initial mock-ups. Our agency finalized this work, aligning the recommendations received with a specification detailing functionalities and interactions, serving as a guide throughout development.
